Kingdom Clues (the "Service") is provided by JWOnlineGames.com ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy a card pack, you are contracting with JWOnlineGames.com.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Kingdom Clues is an online Bible-themed party game. Free games use a starter card library. Optional expansion card packs are one-time digital purchases that add cards and allow larger games. You must be of legal age to make a purchase, or have a parent or guardian's permission. If you create an account, keep your sign-in access private and provide accurate information; you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including:
- using it for any unlawful purpose;
- fraud, spam, or impersonating others;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property;
- interfering with its security — for example uploading malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping;
- reverse engineering, reselling, or getting around technical limits such as pack access.
4. Intellectual property
JWOnlineGames.com owns the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, card content, artwork, and branding. Buying a pack gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that pack within the Service.
5. Payments and orders
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Kingdom Clues running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. Questions: bpellicanre@gmail.com.
